Curbside Recycling
The Authority also offers a bi-weekly curbside collection service to 12 municipalities within Clinton County. A nominal annual fee of $30 has been established to help offset the high operational costs associated with the curbside collection. The Authority is under contract with the City of Lock Haven to provide curbside collection to all City residents. As such, the Authority will not be charging City residents a fee for this service.
Curbside collection occurs bi-weekly and includes the following materials: aluminum and steel can, Clear/Brown/Green glass bottles & jars, newspaper, magazines, mixed paper, and No. 1 & No. 2 plastic bottles. Curbside Collection Notes:
1.Please rinse out your food and beverage containers.
2.Place your newspapers and magazines/junk mail into separate plastic grocery bags for pick-up.
3.Please have your recyclables at the curb by 7:00 AM on the day of your scheduled pickup.
4.If your collection day falls on a holiday, your recyclables will be picked up on the next business day.
