Commercial Recycling

The Authority has developed a flexible and cost effective recycling program to meet the needs of commercial and institutional establishments within the county. These types of establishments, located within the City of Lock Haven are required by state law and city ordinance to recycle, at a minimum, high-grade office paper, corrugated cardboard, aluminum and steel/bi-metal cans. The Authority can help design a recycling program to satisfy these requirements. We currently offer three commercial recycling options:

  • Level 1: 65 gallon wheeled carts, serviced weekly.
    Cost $600/year.
  • Level 2: 65 gallon wheeled carts, serviced bi-weekly.
    Cost $300/year.
  • Level 3: Blue Box, serviced bi-weekly.
    Cost $84/year.
